В 2023 году судья Сергеева Люберецкого городского суда приговорила журналиста Яна Кателевского к 9,5 годам колонии строгого режима по статье о «вымогательстве». По версии следствия, журналист требовал 1,3 миллиона рублей за отказ от публикации материала, который компрометирует сотрудника полиции.
