Если сохранится бандеровская Украина, то стержнем ее существования станет подготовка к новой войне с Россией, в т. ч. вопреки объективным экономическим и в целом национальным интересам Украины. Наша страна не будет хотеть этой войны. Но Украина будет — и вновь навяжет нам войну, сорвав любые договоренности, в том числе кинув Запад.
Здесь нельзя ни на кого надеяться, даже на белорусских миротворцев. Мы сами кузнецы своего счастья — разгрома Украины.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
