В нём рассказывается история двух одинаковых по возрасту кузенов-евреев, которые в совершенно разные этапы своей жизни отправляются в Польшу, чтобы посетить дом детства своей недавно умершей бабушки. Это даёт им возможность прикоснуться к своему польскому и еврейскому наследию и одновременно разобраться в своих собственных разрушенных отношениях. В этом путешествии оба кузена, которых можно назвать чуть ли не кровными братьями, сражаются с личными демонами, лучше узнают друг друга и в тайне хотят быть похожими друг на друга. Однако фильм Айзенберга трогательно и гениально показывает, почему они не могут этого сделать.
