Гроші пропонувались за позитивний аудит облаштування «Фортеці» - об’єкту спецпризначення Збройних Сил України.
Позитивний аудит дозволив би компанії, яка будувала об’єкт, отримати повну оплату контракту у понад 400 млн грн та претендувати на майбутні договори з Міноборони.
Таким чином, Комаха засуджений до 4 років 6 місяців позбавлення волі. Постанова Верховного Суду є остаточною та оскарженню не підлягає.
Раніше Апеляція ВАКС задовольнила скаргу викривача у цій справі про виплату йому винагороди у 1,6 млн грн.
