*хочу сделать сыну небольшой спортивный уголок, но места в комнате остаётся очень мало, поэтому треугольник Пиклера и все в этом роде не подходит. Составила список вещей которые не занимают много места, но поддержат спортивный дух в семье.

1. Баскетбольное кольцо (Паевская очень его советует ставить детям)
2. Балансировочная дорожка
3. Кольцеброс
4. Игрушечные гантели
5. Большие мягкие кубики
(с ними можно придумать много спортивных и развивающих игр)
6. Колечки
(часто такие использую на детской гимнастике, кладут на пол и дети шагают/прыгают)
7. Массажные коврики
8. Тоннель
9. Массажный мячик
10. Набор для боулинга

Делали своему ребёнку спортивную зону дома?)

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
