Экспериментальный режим автоУСН стал доступным в некоторых регионах России. Соответствующие законы о введении режима приняли Москва, Московская область, Калужская область и другие регионы.
Основное преимущество – автоматический расчет налогов и минимальная отчетность, что снижает административную нагрузку на бизнес.
Для применения режима налогоплательщик должен соответствовать определенным критериям: ◾️ численность работников до 5 человек; ◾️ годовой доход не более 60 млн рублей в год; ◾️ выплата зарплат только в безналичной форме; ◾️ остаточная стоимость основных средств организации не более 150 млн руб.
