Видела разные чужие примеры, не понравились: либо одна статья с Жилищного кодекса, либо раздуто всякой водой без практического значения.
На выходных написала свое. Без цитирования ЖК РФ не обошлось, но постаралась короче (4,5 стр), доступнее и без ереси. Думаю, в качестве шаблона - нормальный вариант.
