Оказывается, для кого-то это неочевидно, но: ✔️ Выбор новой УК должен быть согласован с ней самой, как и условия договора управления. Нельзя просто так взять и выбрать любую компанию, утвердив условия договора управления по своему вкусу. ✔️ Не стоит выносить на голосование сразу несколько УК, чтобы не было проблем с подсчётом голосов и определением, какую же компанию выбрали.
