И тут у нас складывается двоякое впечатление: с одной стороны, хуже Никитина вряд ли кто-то сможет исполнять эти обязанности. Но вот с другой стороны, сам принцип, что Малков собирает вокруг себя саратовских земляков и экс-коллег по Росстату напрягает.
При формировании новой команды областного правительства это может стать крайне опасной тенденцией, из-за которой важные посты займут люди с подходящими связями, а не уровнем профессионализма.
