В это время все бездомные животные, отловленные на территории муниципалитета, не будут возвращены в среду обитания. Если у собаки в определенный срок не найдется хозяин - ее усыпят.
Ранее такой режим был введен в Бугуруслане, Соль-Илецке, Орске и Акбулакском районе.В середине ноября к к ним присоединились Новотроицк, Пономаревский район и Бузулук. О введении особых мер в областном центре пока не сообщается.

This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
