4сентября в России празднуется День работников нефтяной и газовой промышленности. ХМАО живет за счет «черного золота», поэтому поздравляем всех причастных с событием! Нефтяным гигантам желаем не жадничать, а простым работягам – побольше сил и здоровья.
Решили посмотреть, что же происходит с добычей нефти в Югре. Департамент недропользования и природных ресурсов ранее сообщал, что в январе-июне 2022 года компании добыли в округе 109,7 млн тонн нефти, что на 5,3% больше показателей аналогичного периода 2021 года. И это несмотря на то, что некоторые крупные игроки снизили свои показатели.
И в целом по итогам года губернатор Наталья Комарова, которая традиционно хороводила промышленников, не ожидает падения добычи нефти. А вообще, по ее словам,ХМАО обладает запасами «черного золота» еще на 20-40 лет. Вот только как житьдальше, Баба Ната не уточняет.
Тем не менее, покуда есть нефть, Югра будет процветать, а вместе с ней (во всяком случае так должно быть) и жители округа. Поэтому кружка крепкого черного кофе сегодня выпита за промышленников ☕️

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
