Следим за ростом количества россиян, которые боятся потерять работу. Если в декабре этот показатель был 84%, то теперь на 10 процентных пунктов меньше — 74,5%.

🟢Страх потерять работу особенно остро ощущают соискатели старше 55 лет: 20,6% из них считают, что риск увольнения высок.

🟢Среди молодежи до 18 лет также наблюдается положительная динамика: страх увольнения уменьшился с 23% в конце 2024 года до 16,4% в начале 2025.

🟢Заметный рост чувства риска наблюдается среди соискателей в возрасте от 25 до 34 лет: доля таких респондентов увеличилась с 13,7 до 15,6%.

Маркетологи и специалисты по рекламе чаще других профессий испытывают страх потерять работу — 21,6%.

🔘За ними следуют HR-менеджеры и IT-специалисты (20%).

Наибольшую уверенность в своей занятости демонстрируют работники в сферах «Спорт, салоны красоты» (85,1%), «Стратегия, инвестиции, консалтинг» (82,6%) и «Медицина, фармацевтика» (81%).
