Напомню, участок ягодники выкупили у закадык MR + Level. Которые трудятся в коллабе над Павелецкая Сити. И, собсно, прямо возле этого новостроя (см. карту)
А котелок Павелецкой – кипит будь здоров. Подсчитывать там кол-во перспективных проектов и метров, это не каждого калькулятора хватит. Кроме того, как раз между Павелецкой Сити и Дом А, расположен экс-грузовой двор РЖД. На 26 га которого, столичная ГЗК окнула стройку 0,8 млн м² недвиги. В том числе 0,56 млн м² жилья…
▪️Но, вернёмся к Дому А. Тут брусника не изменяет своему московскому концепту – косим под сталинки. Дом буквой "Н". Секции 3-6-7-8-23 эт. Террасы всякие. Общее, вынесенное гранд-лобби. С зоной ресепшн, переговорками, тусой на крыше и большим навесом для подачи авто. Внутри — два дворика. Взрослый, с зонами для отдыха, и детский. В наборе инфры сулят кафе, рестик, детский клуб, фитнес-студию... и (слава боженьке) винотеку

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
