Ну ок, разбираем. Взял навскидку 3 разных лота в 3-х разных проектах. Официальный сайт и история цен в ЦИАН
Смотрим скрин - ожидаемо, нет никаких 30% скидок
Всё тот же ПТУ-шный маркетинг через приём "поднял-опустил" и вымышленными "базовыми" ценами, от которых якобы делается щедрый дисконт... Пылесосим невнимательных лошков 🙊
Максимум что нашёл у хитрюшек - дисконт 12,5%, что точно не имеет сегодня для рынка "вау" эффекта. Вот Левел и искрит красивыми цифрами дисконта. Первые заявили 20%. Первые заявили 30%... дальше страшно представить 😁
