Sumalak sayli – Navro‘z bayramining uzviy bir qismi, milliy va umuminsoniy qadriyatlarga ega bo‘lgan tadbir. Har yili bahor fasli kelishi bilan yurtimizda milliy taom hisoblanuvchi sumalak tayyorlanadi. Bu taom xalqimiz urf-odati, hayoti va an’anasiga aylangan tarixiy taomlardan sanaladi.
