Рынок акций РФ на старте торгов в пятницу корректируется вниз в рамках выборочной фиксации прибыли игроками на фоне подешевевшей нефти и смешанных сигналов с внешних фондовых площадок. Индексы РТС и МосБиржи за минуту торгов потеряли по 0,7%, лидируют в откате акции "Совкомфлота" (-3%) и "ФосАгро" (-2,2%).
К 10:01 МСК индекс МосБиржи составил 2747,02 пункта (-0,7%), индекс РТС - 872,09 пункта (-0,7%); динамика цен "голубых фишек" на Мосбирже смешанная в пределах 2%.
Официальный курс доллара США, установленный ЦБ РФ с 27 декабря, составляет 99,2295 руб. (-38,3 копейки).

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
