Нынешняя зима бесснежная. Это плохо. Помню, снимала фильм, который назвала «Разбитое сердце». За окном одно черное и серое, рядом - никого. На героиню моего фильма, молодую женщину, все это так подействовало, что у нее начался миокардит, едва спасли. Трагедия зимнего одиночества.
Врачи говорят, бесснежная зима - это вредно для здоровья. Снег отражает солнечные лучи, увеличивая количество света. От этого организм вырабатывает серотонин — «гормон счастья» и снижает уровень мелатонина, который вызывает апатию, раздражительность и снижает мотивацию. Долой вот это всё!

Немного солнца в феврале,
Искрит в бокале Божоле,
Всего три месяца до мая,
И все условности ломая,
И пробуждая ото сна,
В моём лице пришла Весна!

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
