Прокуратура обеспечила бесперебойное теплоснабжение в Назии
В поселке Назия в Кировском районе Ленобласти прокуратура провела проверку по поводу нарушений в обеспечении бесперебойного теплоснабжения.
Установлено, что в зимний период АО «ЛОТЭК» допустила задержки в ремонтных работах на участках тепловой сети, что привело к отключению отопления в многоквартирных домах на срок более суток.
По результатам проверки городской прокурор внес представление руководителю АО «ЛОТЭК», которое было рассмотрено и удовлетворено. Организация оперативно провела ремонт поврежденного участка тепловой сети и усилила контроль за ее состоянием. Ответственное должностное лицо компании было оштрафовано за нарушение.
