Мощнейшие школы физиков, айтишников (студенты регулярно побеждают во всяких конкурсах, обходя столичных конкурентов), химиков-аналитиков, пять ученых входят в мировой топ-2% по цитированию - и при этом, увы, программы развития типа топ-5-100 и более свежих стабильно обходили его стороной. Будем надеяться, что когда-нибудь это изменится, а пока порадуемся заслуженной награде коллег.
