Завтрак:
🔵Сырники со сметаной и миндальная паста
Перекус:
🟡Творожок с малиной
Обед:
Суп ( накидала все, что было😂) 🟣Рис, цветная капуста, минтай, морковь, картофель, лук
Ужин:
🟢Куриная котлетка ( филе грудки в блендере взбила, добавила яйцо, кабачок тертый) ❗️ готовила на пару: налила в сковороду воду, сформировала котлетки и под крышкой они там тушились + гречка, помидорка и огурчик
🙂 еще конечно на перекус была груша, банан и хрустики gerber 🤪
