В Бурятии в Тункинском суде закончилось дело по стрельбе в окинских горах, произошедшей летом прошлого года.
Вчера осудили окинских нефритчиков, закидавших камнями полицейских, которые первыми открыли огонь по безоружным добытчикам камня.
Материалы дела были сфальсифицированы. Адвокаты бездействовали, боясь конфликтовать со следствием и обвинением.
Все окинские нефритчики получили реальные сроки заключения от 2-х до 3-х лет.
Как сообщает сайт Тункинского районного суда, обвинительный приговор был оглашен 21 октября 2024 года в отношении 6 жителей Окинского района, которые признаны виновными в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.2 ст.318 УК РФ.
