Кадыров постоянно замаскировывает свой праздник и свой кутеж, будто это ко Дню города Грозного. На самом же деле 5 октября – день рождения Рамзана Кадырова, а не день города. Кадыров просто решил, что 5 октября будет также отмечаться и день города, что является для него отличным оправданием.
На деле дата основания крепости Грозная считается 22 июня 1818 года, но далеко не 5 октября.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
