Среди непродовольственных товаров наибольший рост цен наблюдался на стройматериалы (+11,5%) и на медикаменты (+8,2%).
По-прежнему лидером по повышению цен на услуги остаются организации культуры (+23,9%). Также значительно дороже стали услуги почты (+18,9%) и пассажирского транспорта (+16,5%).
