Главная цель федерального проекта «Сохранение лесов» нацпроекта «Экология», реализуемого в регионе с 2019 года – обеспечение стопроцентного восстановление лесов на выбывающих площадях.
Эта общая цель состоит из двух основных подзадач: минимально снизить потери лесных насаждений, которые ежегодно выбывают по разным причинам, и обеспечить в полном объеме качественное восстановление лесов.
План на 2022 год обеспечение отношения площади лесовосстановления к площади выбывших насаждений в размере 93,5%. Согласно оперативной отчетности, на 12 августа этот план уже перевыполнен: отношение площади лесовосстановления к площади погибших и вырубленных лесных насаждений уже составляет 105%.
