Внутри были карты сектора Газа, открытки, фотографии девушек, сделанные во время пребывания в плену, а также «сертификаты об освобождении» с текстом на арабском языке и иврите.
Как отмечает Jerusalem Post, члены ХАМАС организовали целую церемонию по случаю освобождения и сфотографировали девушек с «сертификатами». Документы подписали присутствовавшие при отправке заложниц сотрудники Международного комитета Красного Креста. В Израиле назвали вручение подарков «циничной психологической эксплуатацией»
