Рано утром мужчина бросил на крыльцо неустановленное взрывное устройство, предположительно, гранату РГД, в результате взрыва повреждена тротуарная плитка, сообщил губернатор Вячеслав Федорищев.
Глава региона уточнил, что жертв и пострадавших нет, мужчину, бросившего гранату, задержали. Правоохранительные органы устанавливают обстоятельства произошедшего.
