В иделе местные депутаты вообще бы запретили езду на тротуарах на навороченных мопедах. Но, понятное дело, что совсем выжить курьеров с пешеходных дорог не выйдет. Поэтому председатель Комиссии Заксобрания Петербурга по транспорту Алексей Цивилев обратился за помощью к председателю правительства РФ Михаилу Мишустину.
