Губернатор Котюков провел оргкомитет по подготовке к юбилею. И хотя программа всех изменений/улучшений/ремонтов/появлений будет представлена через пару недель, мы уже кое-что нашли:
Итак, что планируют к 2028 году:
▶️ Реконструировать Театр оперы и балета
▶️ Закончить большой ремонта цирка
▶️ Модернизировать ипподром
▶️ Построить мост между Зеленой рощей и Татышевым
▶️ Расширить улицу Свердловскую от границы города до Николаевского моста
▶️ Реконструировать Дворец пионеров
▶️ Построить Российский дворец молодежи на Предмостной площади
▶️ Реконструировать парк Гвардейский
▶️ Построить новые дороги, школы и детские сады
▶️ И еще много всего другого.

DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
