В воскресенье, 26 января во втором часу ночи, 38-летний водитель, управляя автомашиной «Шкода Октавия», следуя по улице Коммунаров в сторону улицы Черниковская, допустил столкновение с движущейся по улице Кольцевая автомашиной ВАЗ-2114. После чего автомобиль продолжает движение и совершает наезд на здание.
В результате дорожного происшествия пострадал 24-летний пассажир отечественного автомобиля. Установлено, что водитель «Шкода Октавия» в момент ДТП находился в состоянии опьянения.
Результат освидетельствования составил 0,929 мг/л паров этанола в выдыхаемом воздухе.
Данный гражданин привлечен к административной ответственности по ч.1 ст. 12.8 КоАП РФ (управление транспортным средством водителем, находящимся в состоянии опьянения).
