Депутаты областного Собрания приняли законопроект о взаимодействии властей с советом муниципальных образований региона. Согласно документу, совет будет готовить ежегодный отчет о развитии самоуправления в районах и округах области.
Ранее этот же совет предложил областному Собранию отменить прямые выборы глав во всех районах.
Проектом закона также предусмотрены некие выплаты, в самом тексте не раскрывается за что. Известно только то, что выплачивать их будут из районных бюджетов.

As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
