💥 Второй день квалификационного отборочного тура конкурсантов для участия в Региональном этапе Всероссийского чемпионатного движения «Профессионалы» в Приморском крае.
👩‍🍳Квалификационный отбор проходит по компетенции «Поварское дело».
📍Конкурсное задание состоит из двух модулей:
🥗Приготовить 3 порции салата «Мимоза» с использованием рыбы;
🥘Приготовить 3 порции горячего блюда на выбор конкурсанта из рыбы.
