Сотрудники МЧС России контролируют безопасность мест массового выхода людей на лед в регионе

Проводят инструктажи и напоминают правила.

❗Не стоит бить по льду ногами, проверяя его на прочность, нельзя выходить на лед в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, собираться большими группами в одном месте, разрешать детям находиться у водоёмов одним.

🎣 Рыбаку: бери с собой спасательный жилет и прочный шнур (12-15 метров).

❗Провалился под лед?

🔹не паникуй;
🔹повернись в сторону, откуда пришел, там лед уже выдержал твой вес;
🔹постарайся осторожно лечь на край льда и по очереди вытащить ноги на поверхность;
🔹двигайся к берегу ползком.

While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
