Очень важно находить время на себя

Стал замечать, что у меня больше нет времени на мысль. Голова постоянно забита инфошумом и практически не осталось моментов, когда можно подумать с самим собой, кроме как перед сном. Смартфон постоянно в руках. В результате накапливается очень много идей, которые лежат в ящике и не развиваются.

Как сказал какой-то мудрец: «Если у вас нет своих мыслей, то вам их навяжут другие»

Поэтому решил выделять себе хотя бы день в неделю, когда буду выбираться в комфортное место, способствующее спокойному мыслительному процессу, с записной книжкой. Сегодня это моя любимая чайная в Дананге. Пью молочный улун и прописываю ручкой на бумагу свои планы, цели, достижения.
