Районний суд Дніпра вдруге спробував розпочати розгляд справи Тищенка щодо незаконного позбавлення волі ветерана. Однак Тищенко знову не з’явився на засідання, а його адвокати намагалися зірвати цей процес.
Суд задовольнив клопотання й зобов’язав доставити Тищенка під конвоєм на наступне засідання, заплановане на понеділок, 23 грудня, об 11:00.
