Посмотрим, что напишут в акте. Если будет написано про то, что суды неправильно применили ст. 169 ГК (о ничтожности сделок, противных добрым нравам) и в отсутствие нормы законов присудили акции государству, это будет хорошо.
По крайней мере, может быть писатели чудовищных исков рукой, работающие в ген.прокуратуре и не разбирающиеся в частном праве, хотя бы чему-нибудь научатся.
