Выехать за рубеж указанные граждане теперь смогут при предъявлении не только военно-учетного документа, но и справки, выданной командиром воинской части или руководителем ТЦК, подтверждающей заключение контракта. Соответствующее постановление принял кабмин Украины.
Наличие военно-учетного документа при пересечении границы Украины стало обязательным для всех мужчин в возрасте от 18 до 60 лет еще с 17 июля 2024 года.
