Одна из рекомендаций по формированию #режим_дня малыша - ВБ распределяется равномерно (то есть все периоды бодрствования примерно одинаковые).
Но у многих детей на практике наблюдается ещё и изменение ВБ (по длительности) в течение дня.
И вы точно слышали о том, что утреннее ВБ самое короткое, потом немного длиннее, а вечернее ВБ перед укладыванием на ночной сон (НС) самое длинное. Это объясняется обычно тем, что это логично, так как нужно как следует устать для длинного ночного сна.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
