В трехэтажном здании находится выставочное пространство и два зрительных зала на 48 и 70 посадочных мест, библиотека.
В центре будут работать различные кружки по 12 спортивным и творческим направлениям. Для этого есть хореографический класс, гимнастический зал с раздевалками и душевыми комнатами. Открытие дворца творчества запланировано до конца февраля.

They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
