🇷🇺 Совет Федерации провел юбилейную церемонию вручения детям-героям медалей «За проявленное мужество», среди награжденных был 15-летний подросток из ДНР.
❗️ Новым обладателем высокой награды стал юный житель региона Егор Трачковский, активно занимающийся волонтерской деятельностью.
🗯 «Горд, что мужественные поступки наших юных жителей отмечаются на столь высоком уровне. Дети Донбасса - наше главное достояние», - сообщил Глава Донецкой Народной Республики Денис Пушилин.
✅ Спикер Совета Федерации Валентины Матвиенко подчеркнула важность участия в проекте ребят из новых регионов, вступивших в ряды волонтеров и буквально «под пулями доставляют гуманитарную помощь нашим военнослужащим и жителям прифронтовой зоны».

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship.
