مریم عباسی مادر دختر نوجوان ۱۴ ساله‌ای‌ست که در یکم تیر در خیابان وطن‌پور شمالی در تهران مورد ضرب و شتم قرار می‌گیرد. بنا بر ادعای این شهروند حین درگیریِ و زمان دستگیری، سر دخترش به پست برق برخورد کرده و در داخل ون نیز برخوردها با دختر او ادامه پیدا می‌کند. عباسی مدعی‌ست این برخوردها بدون هیچ کلامی آغاز می‌شود.
پیگیری‌های او تا به حال تا آنجایی جواب داده که قاضی کشیک دادسرای نظامی اجازه‌ی گرفتن فیلم دوربین مداربسته را به او داده است و از آن به بعد دیگر تا به حال پاسخی نگرفته‌اند.
