Позавчера на Валдайском форуме один из участников сказал Начальнику, что форум стал лучше, интереснее и веселее. Начальник перебил, что он делает нечасто, и сказал:
— Вам веселее — мне, честно говоря, не очень.
Так вот я желаю Вам, Владимир Владимирович, чтобы ооооочень скоро Вам — и нам всем — стало очень весело, прямо очень. Желательно, чтобы это было в Одессе. Она же веселая.

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
