Прокуратура Вилючинска провела проверку по обращению местной жительницы о нарушении прав ее дочери.
Установлено, что Минздрав Камчатки не обеспечил маленького ребенка-инвалида жизненно необходимым лечебным питанием.
«Надзорное ведомство обратилось с иском в суд, который доводы прокурора признал обоснованными. Орган власти понудили обеспечить девочку специализированным питанием, также взыскана компенсация морального вреда в размере 50 тыс. рублей. Фактическое исполнение будет проконтролировано», - сказали в прокуратуре.
