Первые результаты такие: на каждый полигон будет заключаться отдельное соглашение, то есть объекты в правобережной и левобережной частях Новосибирска могут строиться независимо друг от друга. И пожалуй, главное: лишних гарантий и компенсации из бюджета убытков быть не должно. Именно это больше всего смущало и общественников, и депутатов, которые зарабатывали на критике концессии политические очки.
