Представники бізнесу та влади обговорили новий законопроєкт № 12406 про встановлення відповідальності за порушення санкцій. Участь у дискусії взяли заступниця Міністерки юстиції України Інна Богатих та представники Департаменту санкційної політики Мін’юсту.
Інна Богатих підкреслила, що подібні норми існують в більшості країн ЄС, у США, Великій Британії, Канаді та інших. Більше того, згідно з Директивою ЄС від 24.04.2024 №2024/1226, всі країни-члени мають імплементувати відповідні положення у національне законодавство протягом року.
Учасники зійшлися на думці про важливість ефективних санкційних механізмів, і наразі бізнес-спільнота готує свої пропозиції до законопроєкту.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time.
