Удар человека по лицу должен иметь последствия в виде 5+ лет лишения свободы, без исключения. Госслужащий, медиа-голова, говорящий «дать в морду» должен быть уволен в этот же день. Никак иначе вытравить эту «норму» и спасти избиваемых, в тч детей нельзя. Будет ли это? Нет, конечно. Даже целей таких, судя по всему, нет.
