В письме к заместителю председателя правительства РФ Марату Хуснуллину мы с коллегой по фракции Александром Аксёненко призываем пересмотреть крайне спорный законопроект Правительства о новых принципах расселения аварийного жилья. По которому люди должны будут, по сути, оплачивать снос и реконструкцию своих старых домов, права на новое жилье или компенсацию при этом будут иметь не все. В итоге часть переселенцев вообще рискуют остаться на улице!
Законопроект поступил в ГД, в случае принятия должен заработать с 2025 года. Но документ вызвал массу замечаний граждан, с которыми мы согласны и настаиваем на изменениях. В нынешней редакции инициатива несет высокие социальные риски, которых нельзя допускать! Даже ради бюджетной экономии.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
