Это блеф Запада ради управления экономиками других стран.
Надеюсь, Россия выйдет из Парижского соглашения по климату, укрепив свой суверенитет. Нашей стране с ее огромными запасами углеводородов игры в углеродную нейтральность нужны меньше всего.
