После того как ЦБ 13 декабря слил в СМИ информацию о выставленном требовании ПСБ в срочном порядке доначислить в резервы более 100 млрд, всем стало ясно - банк уходит в ФКБС. Было бы довольно странным, если бы НПФ "Сафмар" и НПФ "Будущее" 14 декабря не пытались продать акции ПСБ, а молча бы наблюдали за тем, как деньги их клиентов сгорают в ЦБ.
Мы, например, были уверены, что ЦБ сознательно дал один день на проведение такой операции, однако как выясняется - это был просто "эффект слона".

Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
