❓Почему именно это название: «Одна из легенд гласит, что великий русский композитор, Петр Ильич Чайковский, будучи в гостях у короля Людвига II Баварского в Германии, был очарован сказочным замком Нойшванштайн, именуемым за свою архитектуру «лебединым замком». Именно здесь ему пришла идея создания балета Лебединое озеро. Так и ГК «МЖК-Строй», вдохновившись красотой окружающего ландшафта в местности озера Лебединого, решили построить здесь красивый, современный и комфортабельный жилой комплекс для жителей Находки, своего рода местный «лебединый замок». Именно поэтому мне пришла идея связать эти две истории и назвать новый ЖК -Чайковский.»
