Здание архитектора А.С. Каминского построено в 1870-х. После революции здесь надстроили третий этаж. Со временем часть убранства была утеряна.

Сейчас в здании с металлической кровлей необычной формы размещается Торгово-промышленная палата России.

Специалисты выявили на фасаде локальные осыпания и отслоение краски и штукатурки, трещины, а также коррозию на металлических элементах и повреждения гранитного цоколя.

🏛️ В рамках работ приведут в порядок фасад и кровлю, восстановят утраченные элементы.

Начиная с 2011 года в Москве отреставрировано 2190 объектов культурного наследия, только в 2023-м завершили работы на 220.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
